Im looking to get in to selling R/C Cars Trucks Plaines.

The part thats wired is from stock numbers
If im to sell any name Brand R/C hobby on any Auction Site
the
Warrenty will be no good any more from the makers
of the item..

Has anybody else been told anything like this before?

I was told something similar when I contacted a manufacturer regarding an item I bought second-hand off FeeBay some years ago. They asked if I had bought it off an auction site, and said they would not support it if I had. Something to do with so many people selling the item second-hand but 'as new' or falsely 'new'. Something to do with the warranty only applying to the original purchaser, and too many false claims being made.

I simply said I had bought it new from a store (little fibber I am) and they supplied the replacement parts I wanted for free - but they could have called my bluff and required proof of purchase.

Maybe you need to be something like an 'authorised retailer' for the items you are talking about for the warranty to remain valid.
