We're pretty new here --- just want to say "Thanks" for the new updates you did today. You guys ROCK with your customer service and response time! We can speak from experience because we still have a store over at the "Dark Side" and they basically SUCK --- you guys leave them in the dust!
Now can we be so bold as to ask for a few other improvements so Ebid can draw even more Buyers & Sellers over from GreedBay?

A proper BID COLUMN would be great as well as a MAKE AN OFFER button...

In your My Personal Details section, there is a plus button next to your email account

By the way, we're new here and look forward to being here for a long time... Our goal, if Ebid can sustain it, is to eventually close up our FeeBay Store and bring our repeat customers with us.
Again, I don't mean to ruffle feathers with my directness, but unless eBid "takes it to the next level" by adding true Auction Site features (after all it is named E "BID", as someone else has mentioned before) I can't see this place ever being a serious alternative to the "Dark Side"... Not to be negative, just realistic... There's no reason that vendors at Bonanza, Etsy and FartFire should be getting more sales than sellers on eBid, but I think these 3 sites are growing and will draw people away from eBid.
Please add a proper BID COLUMN and an easy to use MAKE AN OFFER BUTTON so Sellers can tailor their Stores to their respective clientele; so Buyers will have more reasons to stay and browse without getting bored and frustrated; and so other disgruntled FeeBay PowerSellers will migrate here and bring their customer base.
We like this site, are crossing our fingers and ramping up our listings, but it kinda seems like "Tumbleweed Junction" at the moment.
Our Endless Antiques venue on the "Dark Side" has Auction action every single day and our overall new visitor traffic over there has almost doubled compared to last year's figures...
Even if my posts about this are annoying and long-winded, so be it!
I'm hoping that the squeaky wheel will eventually get some grease... lol....
