Anyone know what this is off?

I accquired a few boxes of mainly cf parts recently but this one is baffling me.I thought it was Landy but a friend says not.The lenses have BMAC LTD LONDON on them.I've found the website & a similar item but it doesn't say for what.Before I send them an email does anyone know what they fit or are they universal?(kit car etc)

Are the bulbs 12 or 24 volt? That will give you a clue!

I'd forgotten about this thread.(It's an age thing!)
I've since found out they are rear light clusters for a Holdsworth ambulance as fitted to the Bedford cf.Possibly transits too.
