I had huge trouble with them a while back
Maybe it was teething troubles as they really have not been going too long if it was as you said a while ago.
PPPay could one day be regarded as the best, they certainly are the fairest, cost wise.

    Thought for the day:
Never say never, always be prepared to give a second chance. We can all make mistakes.

    They have been around since 2003 - I closed my a/c late 2006 - early 2007.

Wont be trying them again at any cost.

They certainly were a fledgling business if only 3 years old and on limited rescources.

I can only speak for the today and I find them to be First Class and without problems of any sort. They certainly are way fairer on costs than anything else out there and save a lot in fees.

With over 100,000 paypal transactions behind me, I will stay with what the majority of customers want.

Only other one I would give any thought to using is Moneybookers.

From reading this tread it seems that many people do not like PPpay
But that some find it OK.

It does have that one advantage of no fees between PPpay members.

It also has a very strange name and its hard to say, and the name is too similar to Paypal.

Paymate is similar to Paypal, but sounds entirely different.

It was started in Australia and is now based in the USA.

I sell on ebid and have currently only got Paypal as my payment option as I am in in New Zealand.

But I would like to offer another method.

I am tossing up between Paymate and Google Checkout.
But Money Bookers is another option.

I get the feeling that Google are not that 100% keen on keeping Google Check Out.

I have bought and sold using pppay with no problems, as yet, and offer it as an option but it isn't very popular. Haven't had a payment via them for ages.
I too would like to see Moneybookers intergrated with eBid.

Dont think it would do the case much good if I added to that thread.

They dont listen to anything I have to say, or respond to emails - I still have open tickets going back a couple of months - never got a response.
    Given up on that score.
