I totally believe this as I have had so much proof of this in my own life and those of many people I know.

Does anyone else believe this to be true for themselves?

I most certainly do.

Be happy with what you have right now and make the most of it for there are many on this planet that don't have anything, Opportunity doesn't find you, you find IT. Experience and wisdom come from falling down a million times and just getting up and moving again.

The story goes that after Thomas Edison had succeeded in inventing an incandescent light source after about a thousand attempts...someone asked him if he had got downhearted about all the times he had failed.

He replied with words similar to those in your signature ...don't know if the story is true...but it's a really positive response to the question

My dad wrote a little poem many years ago because he has always been a bit of a dreamer

Me? I would love to dream a successful business into being, but sadly we have to get out there and work for it! Yes .... we make our own luck to a very large extent. You can't win on the lottery unless you get off your butt and buy a ticket!
