No. Each listing can only be allocated to one store. To have an item appear in multiple stores you would need a listing for each - which would break eBid's 'no duplicate listings' rule.

Thanks. Makes sense. I'll have to look and see what others are doing that have multiple stores. I suspect you can put a link within your store to your other stores.

Ok - another newbie with ninja probs! I've read loads here and it's got me through to the point where I have imported my auctions from ebay - but it's a mess!
All my new items now read used!
All of my categories read 'select on upload'
The majority of my store categories are ten digits long!!!!

Needless to say when I try to upload to ebid it fails....

Can anyone reassure me that this is solvable and not what I'm going to struggle with for a seriously long time individually editing all 327 items please?

I could offer some suggestions for part of your problems, but your best bet may be to open a support ticket at: http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php

Attach your Turbo Lister exported data file to your support request.

Admin are better placed to see where any problems may lie in the data file that are causing the import errors..

Thanks for that - mixed results on that one - I've moved along a bit with an assist from admin telling me how to right click to copy all fields so undoing the import mess isn't going to take so long..... the issue was dodged tho' as to why it had happened..... will the same transpositions of info happen on the next ebay import? I thought my experience might have helped for the future, but then again...... lol

My next problem with NL has been answered by admin but they appear to have completely missed the point so I'll try here!!

My auctions are all set up in NL and ready to go, but when I press the button to go they don't go to my shop.... nor can I see any field in NL allowing me to direct them; they just arrive as an auction.......why? What am I doing wrong?

I can't quite see the point (is there one?) of having a shop and listing auctions not in my shop.... but NL seems to think there is a point 'cos it's hell bent on sending my auctions anywhere except to my shop!!! Help me please :-)

Hi, I have been using eBid and Turbolister for a few months now and I have ran into a problem. I wanted to use turbolister at work, without internet access. I can get turbolister to run and put in an item but when I save my work it tells me that the item category is invalid. I cant save anything and I loose everything I was working on. I have no problems with this when I have internet access. What am I doing wrong??

TurboLister doesn't work unless you're online Unlike earlier versions.

Have found the same with Ninja and other bulk listers - you have to be logged into your selling account in order to use them.

Make sure you add one of your eBid Store categories to each item you upload via NL. The option is on the form for each auction within NL. You can use the "Copy To All" function to change many items at once within NL.

I am using the Upload spreadsheet and at first I was inputting the tax code as AL:4.0:Y, then I was told by support to use AL:4.0:Y; with the semi-colon.

Well, I am still getting the same error message: TAX field must be valid

Did anyone have this problem in the past? If so, how did you get past it? I want to post my listing by this weekend.

    Thanks
