I've only heard of 2 of them, or if I have played any of them I cannot remember the Hollies, so I guess I must brush up on the bands of the 60's / 70's

I think they've both had come-backs in comparatively recent years. Donny, of course, was part of "The Osmonds", whom I also liked. And had a TV show with his sister that I watched slavishly. David Cassidy's TV show was "The Partridge Family" which wasn't a music show, more a sort of musical sitcom-soap as far as I can recall (which isn't much!)
