    Default cleaning Corinthian figures

just found a box full of old Corinthian figures football players.
problem is the grime has got to most of them, anyone got any good ideas how these could be cleaned without damaging them as would not mind looking to sell in the future.

well I would think luke warm water with a drop of wahing up liquid and a soft (poss baby) tooth brush might do the trick

I thought I heard that toothpaste a mild one made excellant figure cleaners, but that might have been a model makers guide, the paint on them is a bit more resiliant than on toys.
I think I will give the water and wahshing up a go.

I clean all types of toys my soulution is googone does not hurt plastic. Only need a little bit on a piece of cotton and rub and rub. Dirt, grease, stickers come off with ease. I clean my gi joe vehicles with it. Also for shine use lemon pledge great stuff even for leather. If the figures are small really don't know what they look like but u can use a qtip also.
