    Hi Pearly!

Take a look at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudraksha

Bronzite does look a little like Pietersite but it much heavier, that‘s why I like it for a pendulum, it has that extra bit of weight behind it.

‘These stones are the result of the ancient primal dance of weather and geological trauma with Iron and Silica. Bronzite is the middle element in a family of crystals called Pyroxenes. The older and younger elements being Hypersthene and Enstatite. Bronzite, inbetween these two gemstones is the result of the weathering of Enstatite and Hypersthene. As wind, rain and other elements break down the soft (but strong) crystals more and more of the Magnesium is replaced by Iron, Hematite and Goethite (Iron derivatives), resulting in a dark black, brown or greenish stone speckled and streaked with golden metallic patterns.’

Oh, Mark has a mala of those. They are called something else here but I can't think what......Is it set in brass, or some kind of metal? Otherwise I would think they would be too lightweight for a pendulum.

Yes there are, but they are still pretty light!

Don’t know how they (the pendulums) work out which one is coming out to play but the right one always reports for duty and does the job well LOL!

    Merkaba is a crystal shape

Merkabah is the hebrew word for chariot

    It's not useless, it's interesting

Over here, the spelling is used interchangeably to refer to a crystal that has been carved into a star tetrahedron shape. Perhaps another example of bastardization of language?

They do make pendulums/pendants/all kinds of stuff from the merkaba crystals. A couple shows ago, some ladies were talking about the "cute little fan pulls" they bought, and they had these merkabas. Wonder how many pulls it took before the crystal pulled off the chain, assuming they were able to rig them up

I thought that about the spelling after I had posted...

also as pearly says it "could" be the shape not the crystal... so the next question is... what colour is the crystal

I've had that happen to me when dowsing... it can be a shock to watch your crystal fly across the room

    Merkaba refers to the shape.

See this link for more info: http://www.crystalinks.com/merkaba.html

It’s a process we can use in Crystal Healing.
