A rather frosty morning out there as all the cars are white over. Kettle's on and there's plenty of fresh bread for toasting, etc.

Himself and I went Christmas shopping yesterday.... and the new fridge/freezer is being delivered on Thursday morning!
So today we have to make room in the big freezer out in the shed for the food in the old fridge/freezer before it's taken away. Will be fun.

Apart from that, I'm staying in the warm!

Ello troops. I've found a new defense weapon ... projectile vomiting, never ever experienced that before ! Had my worst attack ever last night which lasted six hours. Finally got to bed at 3.15am. Such a relief to have no pain this morning, I guess a jacket potato with baked beans is another thing off the menu and it's back to soup today !

Nearly finished the Christmas cards but have run out of stamps so I guess a trip to the post office is on the list today.

Good evening! Sorry for not reporting in earlier. For some reason I kept waking up last night. I think this whole chemo thing is worrying me more than I thought. My blood pressure is up and down like a yoyo, which makes me feel quite unwell. So today was spent vegetating in a corner by the TV or in bed snoozing. I barely managed to make lunch, though I did eat it Tomorrow I will need to do something about my work room. I took a whole lot of books to the charity shop yesterday, so there should be some space on the shelves and I may well have a clear floor. I have almost forgotten what the carpet looks like. I can dream, can't I? See you in the morning

Morning one and all - himself is back to work with only 2 weeks to go until he finishes.

    Kettle's on, etc. etc.

Busy day with emptying/cleaning the fridge/freezer and I must also clear space in my workroom so that I don't trip up when getting to my desk!

Hope everyone feels a bit better today.

Take care all as we had a sprinkling of snow last night.

Good morning! I have made some lemon muffins, so please help yourself. I am also having a go at making sourdough bread. We will see if it'll be edible or a brick. We will have a guest for lunch, so want to play it safe and will make pizza. It's raining here, so I doubt I'll be going far from home

Ello troops. Oh woe is me, I had a newbie crawl under the wire last night and make off with a listing. Tut, how do they expect us to get back to the four million mark ?!

Hurrah, I have finished the Christmas cards at last so it's now onto present wrapping ! O/H has bought the tree so hopefully will get that up at the weekend in time for our early Christmas on the 16th !

Poor meebo and Sarge. It's the pits to be stressed and feel so unwell. Sarge.....I was told by an ER nurse that if you feel nauseated, smell rubbing alcohol. It's supposed to work very well. Mind you, you are supposed to SMELL the sauce, not drink it. Not sure it would help with your situation, but one never knows till ya try. I'd be for trying anything.
Keep on keeping on, everyone. Safe journey, Mael.
    Ta-Ta for now!
