Mornin' troops well I've had a phone call from the hospital summoning me back in later this morning so at least they are getting on with it. I just hope the clot isn't too large, I don't want to be kept in !
I must say my stomach isn't feeling too good this morning, I'm not sure if it is the medication or just general anxiety or both !
Happy third anniversary Private Moon !

Good luck Becky and hope all goes well.
After rain all night we have sunshine so hope I can get to finish my to-do-list from yesterday before I start on the next list
Neighbours across the way have British Gas in - again [they were here all day yesterday]+ it looks like they're having double glazing put in as well as all the upstairs windows have disappeared !
Time to check on the Old Sailor.
Becky hope all goes well at the hospital, glad they aren't hanging around, good for the cadet looking after you.
Am afraid we limp from one thing to another, Nigels computer is playing up so we have got to take that in normally if problem he gets them to come here but as we aren't here much will take it in. on the way to the hospital. So another worry added to everything
Take care all.
Sarge, ever likely your stomach isn't feeling too good this morning, after it has been used as a dartboard! Did anyone get the bull?
I have to say that you are showing great bravery in the face of adversity, in true Sergeant Major style.
A champion for sure!
Pam and Nigel, sorry to hear of all your worry and troubles, I hope that things will be better for you soon
Mooney, happy anniversary.
Well you now have one very relieved Sergeant Major (don't think you can get away with anything though ! ) the scan didn't show any clots. I was told this morning that all sorts of things can trigger the D-dimer blood test to be high - I wish they had told me that at A&E yesterday instead of just proclaiming that I had a DVT. So I was told the pain is more than likely sciatica which was what I thought it was in the first place ! PHEW - no injection for me this evening now thank goodness.

Very pleased to hear that news Becky
I am sure you must have heard my sigh of relief
Sgt we are so pleased to here some good news for you, have they given you anything to help with the pain.
Well are woes go on, on the way to the hospital there was a queue of traffic & a Tractor with manure trailor on it, yes you've guessed it we got covered the whole of a white car changed colour, so we then had to go & take the car to the car wash, thank goodness they have a strong hose, but they did anotherone that came in after us & was still going out while still doing ares.
We also learnt that N's Dad is likely to be in hospital for the rest of the year. so its going to make things difficult as its a 45 round trip each day. It is beginning to realy tell on us all.
