Got woken at 11am with cousin Ally coming to steam clean the carpet in the living room.

Uncle Chris and Auntie lou turned up so Ally cleaned the kitchen while they were here (Lou is Ally's Mum)

It's after 2pm and Ally is hoovering through to prepare the carpet for steam cleaning

Good morning! A new day is dawning and I have some packing packages to do. I know, I know, but once in a while it works as an incentive to list more better than the potato peeler. But before that I will commence canteen duty to numb the sergeant's pain. Though I do hope the knee is not as bad this morning. I will see how I fare walking to the PO later and then decide if I should see the GP again or not. Better get on with my packing. Have a good day everyone

Might be a warm one today as the sun is just breaking through a thick river mist.

Didn't we do well at the Olympics yesterday? And himself & I actually watched most of the winning events for a change.

Tut and I was going to Chester on Wednesday and Thursday but not sure you lot can be trusted now ! Have never been there before and O/H wants to visit the zoo (might just leave him there !!!) I shall have to limp round but the knee does feel a little better today. Good job I've got another hypnosis session tomorrow as I think it's quite a long drive again.

We certainly are doing well at the Olympics Private Mcc2. Can't say I've watched a lot this time but I did see Murray win last night. Some of 'em are collecting more medals than me !

I am bog eyed this morning through watching the tennis and bolt win his race, I don't know why i sat waiting to watch bolt as it is a forgone conclusion that he will win. Had to remove one last night, sorry about that, Just had another plumber round to quote for the shower room, this one seamed to be on the ball.
